I'm a software engineering manager with 10+ years of experience in the field of software development, as a developer, software architect, technical project manager, engineering manager, and some executive/c-level roles in various companies and startups. In almost all my previous positions I have had a good history of building tech teams from zero to a well-established one and creating a self-organized team culture to reduce cohesion and drive the tech-side of the business based on a team, not individuals even myself. I've been also a technical instructor, advisor, and mentor to some startups and startup/entrepreneurial-related events in the UK, US, Canada, and Iran.
